Secure , clean and good service and staff. Delicious and hygienic food and restaurant. Staff is well trained and professional. Budget friendly with all 5 star services. Well maintained infrastructure including good restaurant and warm ambience. Room was good and clean with laundry service and good products.

I stayed here for work purpose, I got complementary breakfast with the stay. The dining experience was outstanding, The remarkable service from the staff Mr.Dhruv from the reception, who were polite and attentive, made me feel valued throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel offers a memorable and luxurious experience for guests.

Very nicely located and with comfortable rooms it is good value for money..... The breakfast buffet was amazing. However, the room should have at least one window with a street or scenic view.

The hotel staff was not cooperative at all . The hotel refused to let us check in .I had booked online from goibibo , I reached the hotel at one o ' clock at night but the hotel refused to give me a check in . Very bad service...... Both the cheaters goibibo and hotel fren resigency

Underwhelming experience compared to the other Fern Residency properties in Gujarat. Hotel was undergoing a makeover (from the earlier Metropole brand) and many amenities were missing. Room was just okay, dinner buffet was bad, and breakfast buffet was average.

When I was there maintenance activities were going which wasn't a good experience at that time . Also breakfast menu they should improve and add more food stuff
